What is bespoke furniture design?
Bespoke simply means that the furniture created is a one-of-a-kind piece, specifically created to fulfil the design brief. Our furniture finishes are always created by our artists on an individual basis to complement and enhance the specific item.
Types of furniture finishes
As well as applying conventional types of finishes for furniture, we can incorporate much of our repertoire of skills and techniques for use on furniture, whilst bearing in mind their suitability for application within an item that has a primary function. We also take into consideration durability as well as aesthetics.
Our creative process
Our creative process is centred around finding the right solution to fit our customers’ vision for the interior space, whether this results in an elaborate item of sculptural furniture or a surface finish to existing furniture. This can be anything from carving, applying sculptural elements, producing hand painted designs, gilding surfaces, as well as working with unique materials like liquid metal, resin, stone, and glass.
